Sunny Days

We've been blessed with some beautiful weather the last couple of weeks. It's so nice for the kids (even Jackson!) to play outside all morning. They sleep great in the afternoon and they're happier little ones. It helps pass the day until Daddy comes home, too :)

We usually have snack out on the back porch. Kate will stay at the table and eat until it's all gone. Mathis and Jackson prefer to eat for a few minutes and then they're back to playing.

Our neighbor gave Kate this double stroller and as she says every day, "pea-cause, me LIKE it!" I love this action shot ... she takes being a mama pretty seriously.


Jackson sat and played in the garden for at least 20 minutes, which is a LONG time for him to stay in one place. He loved feeling the dirt, throwing it, and tasting it, of course :)

One of Jackson's favorite things right now are airplanes. He puts his hand up in the air when he hears one and makes a motor sound. He's starting to say airplane in his own way, too ... "pay-pain." So cute!! Lucky for him we live next to the airport :)
