I'll be back ... promise :)
Until then ... here's a couple of photos of our littles ...
Mathis has been wishing for snow all winter and we've only had a few dustings so far. He loves to run around in it, catch it on his tongue, and eat it :) He loves to play outside and cold doesn't phase him one bit. If he's not playing outside, he's usually busy being a fireman or soldier.
Kate ... sweet, Kate :) She's full of energy, forever busy taking care of her babies and bossing around Mathis and Jackson. This day she was in the window waiting for Daddy to come home. She loves her Daddy!! I'm not sure if it's because he's so great or that he makes her chocolate milk every morning and leaves it in the icebox for her. She loves to come into our bed when she wakes up in the morning and if Bard is home, she calls it a "Daddy samwich."
This is so typical Jackson. Always on the move, rarely playing with toys, and always with something in his mouth (old food he found on the floor, lint, magnets from the icebox, balls, socks, paper, trash, really anything his little fingers come across in his travels!). While there are plenty of toys around our house, Jackson much prefers to play with anything from the kitchen cabinets, shoes from the shoe rack, paper, cords, etc. And boy, can he move. He's not walking, but he's got the turbo crawl down. He heads for the kitchen first to see if there's any food under the table. Then he's off to the other end of the house to try to get in the bathroom or up the stairs ...whew, that boy keeps me moving :)
