Our kids really love to work! They love having a "job" to do and the responsibility that comes along with it. Of course, they love to play, but they're happiest when they're working, especially with us. Sometimes they even take their assigned jobs so seriously that fights break out when a sibling interferes and tries to "help." Not a bad problem to have :)
