What a great two week visit from Grammie and Papa! The kids were so excited and it reminded Bard and me of when we were kids and how excited we would be to see our grandparents. One of my favorite things about having kids is how much more fun everything is. It's like experienceing fun in two dimensions ... ours and theirs. The kids were definitely NOT happy to have G & P leave. Mathis told Bard that we took Grammie and Papa and gave them to the airport and Kate kept wandering around the kitchen saying, "Papa??"

Although, he's a bit worried here ... he just found out that they were leaving!
